This work would entail us becoming an Ambassador for your city, region or country, undertaking in depth lead generation work across one (or a number of) sectors and managing all activity that this would generate.
One-off lead generation operations
ACSAN can identify trade shows, forums and conferences that fall within your sector or geographic target groups. Once identified, ACSAN manages your participation at the event and establishes a database to allow for the organisation, preparation and undertaking of on-site meetings during the event.
Consultancy and Studies
Competitive Analysis Studies
ACSAN can undertake a competitive analysis study of your location which compares your offer to that of your key competitors. We analyse the strengths and weaknesses of your location in order to develop action plans adapted to your needs.
Market Potential Studies and Study Trips
ACSAN can indentify for you the key sectors you need to be targeting and organise meetings with overseas agencies to allow for the development of synergies and cross-border projects.
Training and Coaching
ACSAN can organise training sessions for your team across a number of different themes (lead generation approaches and tools, sector information and benchmarking… How does our approach compare with our competitors? Which other European Agencies are experiencing the same problems as us? …)
Site Search
ACSAN can help you look for a site in order to be able to develop your activity. We establish with you a full and comprehensive dossier that takes into account all your needs (cost, natural and energy resources, markets, environmental factors, tax, equipment etc.). We then identify (in absolute confidentiality) sites that fulfil the identified criteria and we organise meetings for you with the appropriate individuals.
Site Transfer
ACSAN can look for potential buyers for industrial sites that are either being reconverted or derelict, as well as for regeneration projects.
